LPC hosted almost 175 volunteers and residents for a Thanksgiving feast. Eric and Alisha Rojas (our staff culinary experts) prepared a meal fit for kings. We had deep fried turkeys, smoked turkey, green bean caserole, dressing, pies and a tower of appetizers (pictured above). It was a marvelous event! Special thanks to the two groups who drove down from Jackson, MS simply to serve dinner and help with the set-up/clean-up!
