The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane

Though this is a week late I still want to put up a post. So many things happen that we either fail to take time or forget. We are "Bay Polar." Last Saturday we gave away copies of a book about a china rabbit. Edward isn't whole when he begins his journey but through a series of adventures his heart is broken and eventually mended. He become whole through brokenness. Gospel themes abound. Thanks Kate.

at the book reading and giveaway at the Bay St. Louis public library. Bestselling children's author, Kate Dicamillo, had her publishing company send 120 copies of her latest book, "The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane." Though there were not 120 children, the little ones who came had a great time and received a book. The remainder of the books will be distributed for Christmas gifts.
