For any future teams coming down to work at Lagniappe over the summer that might be asking the question, “Where can I get some good seafood?” Well the answer is Lagniappe. Every week we will have a seafood boil for all of our volunteers. So please come hungry.

If you can't tell by the picture, thats the pile of eaten crawfish, not to-be-eaten carwfish^^
