What does "participating in restoration" look like? It looks like helping a local businessman/bread artist until he relocates with his new partner in "The Mockingbird Cafe."The Mockingbird is not only the primo coffee shop in the Bay, it is the cultural hub of the Bay serving artists to accountants. Al uses our commercial ovens to bake bread for the Mockingbird and other local eateries. He also gives us a little Lagniappe from each batch.
